Marketing Manager

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Receiving grants/funding from the local bodies as well as International level.
  • Exploring the international market
  • Analyzing the company’s progress and provide report on weekly and monthly basis
  • Overall supervision towards sales and production aspect of the company
  • Creating events regarding women empowerment, personal growth, professional skills
  • Should be able to manage/book international seminars/conferences regarding leadership, entrepreneurship etc.
  • Manage overall operations and daily routine.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
